Charlotte
July 27, 2010Here are a few shots of Charlotte from a recent wedding – isn’t she adorable? The red wall is from a guest room at the Broadmoor…don’t you love it???

What Fills You Up?
July 25, 2010Isn’t that a great question??? What fills you up? What makes you feel warm and fuzzy and fulfilled??? For me, it’s yoga. I love doing yoga. If my body would let me, I would do yoga every day, 8 hours a day, for the rest of my life. The feeling of your body becoming stronger and stronger is amazing!!! I’ve been practicing at a local yoga studio here in Colorado and thought it would be a great idea to take some yoga photos of a few fellow yogis! Meet Lindsay – she is a great inspiration to me and a teacher at the studio.

Kathryn and Greg
July 23, 2010Meet Kathryn and Greg. Don’t you just love them? I have one word that would describe our shoot – SIZZLE!

The Parlour – A Hair Salon
July 19, 2010A little while back I posted a few photos from a shoot that I did in collaboration with The Parlour. Well, the final selection was made and here are the 6 photos that are hanging in the salon:

Lauren…..Yogi
July 18, 2010Meet Lauren, she is one of my yoga teachers! Lauren teaches at Asana Studio in Golden. If there was a single person who has inspired me the most with my yoga practice, it has been Lauren…Enjoy and more yoga photos to come!

How Do You Get Married on Skis?
July 17, 2010Let me show you….and since it’s been wickedly hot here in Denver….imagine a snow cone or something!
Meet Roberta and Paul. I was so excited to be a part of this wedding! Every detail that was uncovered about this wedding was unique and one-of-a-kind, just like Roberta and Paul. I learned from my colleague Mark Woolcott, who was the lead photographer, that most of the wedding was going to happen on skis…YES! I was really excited about that, however, I’m not a skier AT ALL. I know, what am I doing in Colorado? Well, that’s another story for another time (especially since I’m an ISLAND GIRL)….Anywho, another wedding detail was that Roberta and Paul designed their own wedding attire – which you see here. Don’t you love it? And, I learned that our bride and groom would be skiing down the aisle and all guests would be encouraged to ski a “victory lap” after the ceremony, I was smitten with this unique couple!
I will just let the photos speak for themselves. That you Mark, for letting me assist you with this great wedding!
Oh, and, YES – this was the FIRST time I had ever snowshoed…with about 15 pounds of gear. It was a blast!!!

Taos, New Mexico
July 15, 2010Recently I went to Taos with a friend. It’s such a neat place, it’s very rustic and, in my opinion, a blend of Boulder, Colorado and Sedona, Arizona….Taos is home to a beautiful Pueblo – it’s such a wonderful place to visit and take photos – enjoy!

Kristin and Nick
July 14, 2010Meet Kristin and Nick! They are a super fun and low-key couple! I just wrapped up getting their wedding photos on-line and thought, well….I should at least get the engagement session on-line first! They were exceptionally fun to work with – we laughed quite a bit and after our session went to Beau Jo’s and had some great Colorado pizza! Enjoy….
