My Friend Kelly

April 12, 2010

Meet Kelly.  She’s an Artiste!  She is a talented photographer and uber smart business woman!!!  Isn’t she cute?  Kelly asked me to take a few photos of her so she could update her headshot.  She let me have full creative freedom and this is what we came up with:

Urban Exploration

February 22, 2010

People are curious by nature.  When you involve old, abandoned and dilapidated buildings, risk and danger along with a camera, the curiosity is almost unbearable.  You think….”what’s in there?”…”is it cool?”….”what kind of images can I make?”….etc.  Urban Exploration is something really fun yet scary to do.  I’m not the most adventuresome person when it comes to this, but I do like to see what’s inside of these buildings!!  Sometimes, there is art to be made (and seen!)…..Be sure to check out my friend Mark’s Blog…it’s always more to go exploring with a friend!  Thanks for looking!  PS….I have more to show from a creepy hospital…stay tuned!

More Thru the Viewfinder

Meet Jamee, Joe and Sherman.  Jamee is a wonderful friend and fellow photographer.  She finally gave in to doing a portrait session after I pestered her for weeks without relenting!  Here are a couple of Viewfinder photos, more regular portraits to come soon!

More Through the Viewfinder

February 11, 2010

Meet Kera and Jeff.  If they would let me, I would be their own personal photographer for everything….vacations, hanging with friends and family or just kicking it around the house with their pups.  They were incredibly fun to work with, full of creative and unique ideas and the camera LOVES them, as do I.  More to come soon!

Through the Viewfinder

February 2, 2010

Sometimes I like to get funky at a wedding…No, not dance moves or showing up straight from the gym….I’m talking about busting out my quirky and crazy little camera contraption.  I love the effects of the very inconsistent focus and the square corners (along with the dirty and edgy border!).  I must admit, my toy has become somewhat of a hit with clients (yaay!!!!).  I should mention that these images were taken while second shooting for a friend, Frances Marron.  Thanks for looking!!
